Submit a New Purchase Order

Create a quote and submit a new PO!

  1. Log into your account

  2. From the menu, choose Projects

  3. Open the project you want to create a PO for

  4. From the project menu tab panel at the top, select Quotes

  5. Underneath the banner to the right, click Start Quote +

  6. The Purchase Order Quote Builder will open in a new tab

  7. Complete required fields for Delivery Options and click Next

  8. Confirm branch location on next page and add any branch instructions if needed. Click Next

  9. From the Order Details page, add the items you need by using the search bar or by using a Quote Template and adjust quantities as needed. Click Next

  10. Confirm details for Final Review. Scroll to the bottom to make any changes to the delivery or branch notes and to assign Team Members who want to receive notifications

  11. When complete, click the Convert to Order button in the bottom right of the page

  12. Your PO has been created and submitted!
