Creating a Scope of Work

Add products and services to your estimate via your price book + easy search

  1. Log in to your account

  2. From the menu, click Estimates

  3. Either start a new estimate by clicking Add Estimate +, or locate and open your existing Estimate being worked on

  4. The Estimate Builder will open in a new tab

  5. From the menu on the left-hand side, locate Scope of Work

  6. Click Option 1 or the option you've already created

    1. We can rename this later

  7. The Products or Services slide-out menu will appear

  8. Click Add Item

  9. The Add Item slide-out menu will show

  10. From the drop-down, choose the Price Book, the item or service you're looking for is in

  11. The search bar will appear

  12. Start searching by item name, SKU, Manufacturer, etc..

  13. Update item quantity

  14. Click Add Item

  15. The item will be added to your Option 1

  16. Continue adding items until your estimate is complete

  17. Finish building the estimate and send it to the customer
